Refund Policy

FTA Marketplace is free: there is no subscription, listing fee or commission, and no payment is taken through the platform. Buyers pay sellers directly through their own banks, so a refund for goods is between buyer and seller under the terms they agreed. If they cannot agree, either can open a dispute from the order page, and our team helps them work it out, but we do not hold or move money. If we ever charge for a feature, we will publish its price and refund terms first.
