Deleting your account
One account works on the FTA Marketplace website and in the FTA Marketplace app for Android and iPhone, both run by SeeSawPro Enterprises Private Limited. In the app: open Profile, tap Delete account below Logout, enter your password and confirm. On the website: sign in, open Your data and account, enter your password under Close your account, tick the box and click Close my account. If you cannot sign in, write to privacy@ftamarketplace.com from your account's email address with "Delete my account" in the subject. The account is closed at once: listings come off the marketplace and nobody can sign in to it. Within 30 days we erase your name, email address, phone, company details, owners and directors, verification documents, addresses and contacts. Orders, quotes and their documents are kept for 8 years from the order with your name removed, as Indian company and GST law requires; messages you sent stay in the other business's conversation, shown as from an erased account; support requests are kept 3 years.
